Refund Policy

HitLink is run by Janid Inayat, a sole trader in Sweden. Paddle, our reseller, charges the card, issues the invoice, and sends refunds. HitLink does not store card numbers.

Cancel

You can cancel from the billing page. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Links on htlk.link keep working after that too. Custom domains keep working for 24 hours, then they pause. The links stay saved. The account then moves to the Free plan. A scheduled cancellation can be removed from the same page before that date. Payment method and invoices are in the Paddle customer portal.

Refunds

Not happy? You can get a full refund of any payment within 30 days of the charge, no questions asked. Ask in the Paddle customer portal (Billing, then Update payment method or view invoices) or through the contact form. Refunds are processed by Paddle. Paddle, our reseller, sends the money back to your original payment method.

If you're a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a legal right to withdraw within 14 days of buying. Our 30-day refund covers this and goes further: ask within 30 days and you get a full refund.

Prices

Starter is $9 a month or $90 a year (save $18). Pro is $19 a month or $190 a year (save $38). Prices are in US dollars, plus VAT where applicable. The checkout shows the total, including tax where it applies. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel.
